Rebecca E. Ihejirika, Esq.

Rebecca E. Ihejirika graduated in 1990 with a Bachelors of Law honors degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria; and in 1991 graduated with a LLB honors law degree from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 1991, and was admitted to practice law before all the courts in Nigeria. Following her call to the Nigerian Bar Association, she worked with the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Justice, in Eket, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria as an associate criminal prosecution attorney. After working with the Akwa Ibom Ministry of Justice, she went into private practice in the course of which she represented individual and corporate clients on a wide range of legal issues and matters including criminal defense, real estate transactions and litigation, divorce and family law litigation, probate, estate planning, and a corporate in-house counsel.   In 2003 she was admitted to the State Bar of California, and has since worked exclusively as the principal attorney at the Law Office of Rebecca E. Ihejirika in Sacramento California, where she practiced family law, probate law, bankruptcy and consumer protection law, general civil litigation, and civil rights.   She is admitted to practice law before all the state courts of California. She is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California. She is a member of the pro-bono panel representing prisoners in federal civil rights cases in the Federal Eastern District Court in California.      In her private life Rebecca E. Ihejirika is an active mom in the Boys Scout of America, and Girls Scout of America. She participates actively as a Children’s Ministry volunteer at her church. She is an active member and volunteer in the Taekwondo sports movement. She holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt rank from the United World Taekwondo Association (UWTA). In both her professional and private life she strives to uphold the Christian spirit of charity towards all, and the Taekwondo tenets of courtesy, perseverance, self-control, and an indomitable spirit.  Rebecca E. Ihejirika a mother of 4 children, and is a happily married to Fred Ihejirika who also is an attorney.

Fred A. Ihejirika, Esq.

Fred A. Ihejirika graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science honors degree in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Fred A. Ihejirika worked for several years in private industry in product development, quality control, project management, and production management.    After emigrating to the United States, Fred Ihejirika studied and worked as a law office paralegal for over 10 years, during which he assisted his supervising attorney in the litigation of hundreds of family law cases, civil cases, and bankruptcy cases.    While working as a paralegal, Fred Ihejirika attended The Lincoln Law School of Sacramento from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Fred Ihejirika passed the California State Bar in 2013, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.    Since being admitted to the State Bar of California, Fred Ihejirika has primarily practiced personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and consumer protection law, estate planning, probate law and landlord-tenant law.   He is admitted to practice law before all the state courts of California. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of California, and the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of California.      In his private life, Fred Ihejirika is an active sportsman. He enjoys lawn tennis, table tennis, soccer, and trap-shooting; and holds a Red-Black belt in Taekwondo. He is an active dad in the Boys Scout of America, and Girls Scout of America. In both his professional and private life he strives to uphold the Christian spirit of charity towards all, and the Taekwondo tenets of curtsey, perseverance, self-control, and an indomitable spirit.  Fred Ihejirika is a father of 4 wonderful children; and is a happily married Rebecca Ihejirika, who also is an attorney.
